About Us

Kavere Services and the University of the Pacific have partnered & collaborated to provide regional center consumers with "Life Skills" development as they seek greater self-sufficiency and independence!

Education

Kavere Services collaborates with the University of the Pacific (UOP) Team to facilitate a comprehensive life-skills curriculum with hands on training. Through the Pacific Life Skills model residents will strive towards achieving proficiency in independent living skills.

Home Goals

Simply our goal is to prepare individuals to live as independently as possible through the following:

• Individualized needs identified through comprehensive interview & assessment.
• Classroom instruction with hands-on Life Skills Training practice in a supportive home environment.
• Service provided in collaboration with the University of the Pacific's Psychology Graduate Program under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• State of the Art program designed to assist developmentally disabled adults achieve or surpass their independent living goals!
• Residents participate in classroom instruction 5 days a week.
•Curriculum based classes and hands on learning opportunities are provided in the following areas:

  • Self-Advocacy Skills

Home Setting

The Pacific Life Skills Home is a five-bedroom home in a residential neighborhood. Each resident has their own fully furnished bedroom complete with modern amentities. The common areas include a spacious kitchen, dining area, living room, family room, and an outdoor covered patio with family style seating and dining.
